Thursday Mornings Fall Two Person Stick Plus

TWO PERSON STICK LEAGUE

Welcome to the Stroud Two Person Stick League. The team numbers have been capped to 8 teams. We will follow the Canadian Stick Association Rules. The first session will run from October 23 to January 8. There will be no curling on December 25 or January 2, 2026. the second session will run from January 15 to March 19th. Both sessions have 10 curling days.

We will be curling two draws on most Thursday mornings except on our first day of October 23. We will have a practice session before we curl our first official game at 10:00.

You will be allowed to use a sub on a day when your regular teammate is unable to curl. You may choose a sub from any active club member.

All games will be six ends and in the event of a tie an extra end will be played following the Canadian Stick Association rules for an extra end. Games will be recorded as W or L. Schedules will be posted at the club on updated on the web.

JITNEY DROP IN THURSDAY CURLING

Every Thursday morning you are invited to join a group of curlers who just want to get in an extra game, want to work on a specific skill, or want to play a different position. Thursday morning at 9 there will be one sheet of ice open to individuals to curl in any format they choose. Depending on the numbers you may decide to curl 4 on 4, 3 n 3, Doubles or even have a Two Person Stick game.

The number of ends you curl and the format your game takes will all depend on the group. Coffee will be on so consider joining this group. Your first opportunity to curl will be October 23. See you there!
